Description Clowne Parish Council The Parish Council has powers to carry out a range of functions and provide a representative voice on behalf of the local community and comment on things like planning applications. It employs a clerk who is responsible for administrative and financial affairs. Other staff may be employed depending on the scale of activity. Parish Council Meetings These are held in the Community Centre at 18.45 on the first Monday of each month excepting Bank Holidays when meetings are held on the second Monday. All are welcome!
